2022 Corbin Open House
Crowds at the Corbin Workshop exceeded expectations over the last few years and it looks like we’ve got some work to do in preparation for 2022. We’ll be changing the format just a little bit in order to facilitate safety measures prescribed by local authorities, but rest assured we’ll be working diligently to make sure everything is up to snuff and ready to roar.
Call it an open house or rider appreciation day, we’re here to host a good time with good friends and celebrate the freedom and camaraderie we all enjoy. Not to mention it’s a great opportunity to finally get out into the wind again after way too many months of separation and seclusion.
We’re super excited to welcome back Mondo and the Denver’s Choppers team who will be putting together the Bike Show on Saturday. We’re scrambling to line up plenty of motorcycle accessory vendors as well.
Johnny’s Bar & Grill
What can we say? This place is the textbook definition of needs no introduction. Many folks come to town for the sole purpose of tipping one back at this legendary watering hole. If Hollister is the Birthplace of the American Biker, then Johnny’s Bar & Grill was the midwife.
Extended Patio Fourth of July weekend always proves to be a big one regardless of whether or not there’s an official event. As a result, Johnny’s expands outside to make more room for folks to come enjoy the local scene and historic bar.
POPS! It’s July and baby it’s hot outside. Last year this clever bunch made up a series of frozen confections and served them at the bar. Think Otter Pop meets Jack & Coke… refreshing and delish!
Drink Specials Johnny’s already has an extensive list of signature cocktails they have on special throughout the year. We haven’t heard this straight from the horse’s mouth, but we’re guessing they’ll be coming up with something creative especially for the weekend. Of course, you can always just have a Bud if you’re not feeling adventurous.
The Wall Johnnys Bar & Grill has occupied the same spot since 1946 and it’s historic. So it’s safe to say that renovations and modernizations are a touchy subject and should be handled with care. Johnny’s new curator is doing just that and making some very nice improvements to this classic establishment while paying homage to the history. The new Hollister Rally History Wall is a perfect example.
