Corbin uses exclusive, purpose built materials and patented manufacturing processes to bring you the most advanced, and comfortable seat design available at a fair price. Our exclusive Comfort Cell foam provides a firm, supportive perch that is shaped to conform to your body. This ergonomic design give more square inches of body contact to eliminate hot spots and disperse weight properly. Built nearly twice as dense as the stock foam to remain resilient and support your body for a full day of riding enjoyment.
In the rear, our Canyon Dual Sport is engineered to accept an optional passenger backrest. Simple to install with just one bolt under the saddle, Corbin's backrests provide excellent copilot support and long range comfort. Choose from a variety of styles to suit your taste (#02-S shown). Our backrests are fully adjustable to provide a tailored fit to your passenger's profile and riding posture. Like the saddle, they are ergonomically shaped to provide the largest contact patch possible.
Saddle and backrests include genuine leather seating panels that breathe with your body and provide a luxurious ride. Leather will also break in along with the foam shape to conform to your body and give you a personalized fit over time. In the side panels we use a coordinating vinyl material that remains looking new longer and supports the foam shape. Saddle is topped of with a classic Tuck & Roll style stitch pattern for a real touch of class. Designed to work with your OEM chrome rail on the rear.
When we say it's built from the ground up, we mean it. We started out by creating our basepan shape directly on the motorcycle to assure a perfect fit. No other motorcycle seat brand fits this perfect... in fact most of them don't even try and require you send in your stock seat for reworking. Instead we use a Fibertech baseplate that is firm enough to support the foam while contouring to the bike's bodywork. Our patented manufacturing process chemically bonds the basepan and foam shape together to assure the carefully designed ergonomic shape remains intact indefinitely. 40 years of development go into every Corbin saddle made!
Notice how the organic shaping of the saddle looks graceful on the bike. This is another example of form following function to a beautiful finish. You can also see how both seating positions are shaped like the human body which will greatly enhance comfort. Up toward the nose, the seating is shaped to support under your thighs when riding, but will allow you to slide forward and get good ground reach at stop signs.

ERGONOMIC SHAPING:
A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is its
ergonomic shape. This means the saddle's foam shape is designed
to emulate the curves of the human body. This provides more
square inches of body contact and helps eliminate hot spots.
This shaping also neutralizes the seating platform to help curb
sliding in the saddle, which reduces fatigue. In a nutshell:

SADDLE WARRANTY:
Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original
owner for life. Cover materials, Heaters and workmanship are warranted for
one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back for refining of
shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires
a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not
available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be
accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY:
Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the
original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing
defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside
forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit
refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service
consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number.
