Naturally, the fit and finish are perfected and pure Corbin.
The sculpted riding position disperses body weight across a greater area so you enjoy mile after mile of comfort. We greatly reduce fatigue by building the saddle up with our high density Comfort Cell® foam into a position that reduces the tendency to slide forward. This takes a great deal of strain away from your legs and knees and allows you to ride longer. Additionally, the convex shaping of the seating platform is more ergonomically correct so it eliminates centralized pressure on your body.
Corbin's patented molding and manufacturing process provides a precision fit to the tank and tail section while saddle rides on rubber bumpers to protect the bike's paint. Leather seating panels are included in your choice of styles. To preserve the elegant looks of the R1, we prefer an all black saddle featuring our Carbon Fiber laminated leather in the seating with coordinating embossed vinyl sides. The traditional Corbin tag has been replaced with a contrasting logo embroidered right in the side panel.
Genuine leather seating provides excellent comfort and will break in along with your foam shape to give you a personalized fit over time. Coordinating vinyl sides keep the foam shape tight and the saddle looking sharp longer. Be sure to care for your leather saddle properly with a quality conditioner like our Saddle Cream. Your leather will age gracefully and develop its own unique character with proper care.

Corbin front saddle comes with mounting bracket pre-installed on the saddle so it is ready to go right out of the box. Because the Corbin saddle fits closer than stock, we recommend sliding the rear of the seat into position with the bracket under the bodywork FIRST, then line up the front tongue and slide forward. Pull up the corners of the seat to install the 10mm bolts, just like stock.

Take good care of your new seat and the seat will take good care of you. Designed to help your leather saddle remain weather resistant and keeps the hide supple. All Corbin saddles (with very little exception) include Genuine Leather Seating to provide a luxurious look and feel.... don't let anybody tell you that vinyl is just as good! You wouldn't buy vinyl boots would you?
PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
