Versatility, stylish looks and excellent functionality! The Corbin wizards have designed a modular system for the FZ1 that can easily convert from solo to dual riding and works on your stock key lock. The Corbin system consists of the following components: Front Saddle, Passenger Saddle, Adjustable Passenger backrest, Glovebox option and the exclusive Corbin Smuggler^® Trunk. The perfect blend of form and function that's as easy to use as turning a key.

Front Saddle: Corbin's rider seat offers improved ergonomics that gives proper weight distribution. This sculpted seating area fits the shape of your body and helps to eliminate hot spots and the centralized pressure you feel from the stock unit. The platform has been neutralized to curb sliding towards the tank under braking which also helps to reduce fatigue. All this comfort is wrapped up in a package that fits perfectly to the bodywork of the bike for an integrated look and clean visual appearance.

Rear Saddle: For your passenger we've also designed an ergonomically correct seat for touring class support. Wide sculpted seating provides a contact patch of roughly 100 square inches so your passenger can rack up the mileage with you in comfort. For additional support and an added feeling of security, our passenger seat also accepts a removable backrest. Corbin backrests are simple to install and lock in place with a single bolt. Naturally they're adjustable to provide a tailored fit to your copilot's posture.

Passenger Rest: The removable backrest is a Corbin invention from over a decade ago. We now offer a variety of backrest styles to suit your needs and taste. On this bike, we recommend the #02-S Ovalbac backrest for the best combination of form and function. Sculpted to fit the shape of your passenger's body, providing a huge contact area for excellent support. Backrest angle can be easily adjusted without removing it from the seat so you spend your time enjoying the bike, not wrenching it. Natually, Corbin backrests are covered in the same materials as your saddle for a totally coordinated look.

Smuggler Trunk: Another original Corbin idea! Simply remove the rear seat and replace it with the Smuggler trunk to instantly add over 8 liters of convenient, locking storage. For the best looks, Smuggler comes prepainted to coordinate with your factory paint (please specify color) and provides a secure area for your traveling essentials. Naturally we've built the Smuggler to fit perfectly to the lines of the FZ1 to create an integrated, factory look. Slick details pick up the details of the bike and lend a bit more flair. Our patented molding process and exclusive materials create a part with very minimal variation from piece to piece so we can design a precision fit to the bodywork. Both the Smuggler trunk and passenger seat include brackets preinstalled so they're ready for immediate installation.

Smuggler's capacity of 8.5 liters helps to keep all your essential gear handy. That's more than enough room for keys, maps, spare gloves, cell phone, PDA, bottled water.... there's even enough room for your digital camera. You'll find the Smuggler so convenient that you'll be getting stuff out of it every time you stop your bike. Naturally it comes fully finished and prepainted to coordinate with your stock paint color so the looks are spectacular right out of the box. Inside, the trunk is lined to protect your cargo.

Front and rear saddles use our exclusive high-density Comfort Cell foam that allows us to build a supportive saddle without a bulky shape. Corbin's Wizards are masters at combining form and function into a saddle that makes you as happy to look at as it does to ride on. On top, we include genuine leather seating in choice of styles for looks from outrageous to stealthy. Shown here, both saddles are pictured with black carbon-fiber leather seating and Asphalt vinyl sides. Carbon-Fiber leather lends a nice sporty touch while the Asphalt sides provide contrast. Also notice the backrest is covered in the same materials for visual coordination.

Need more options? How about a variety of finishing plate styles for the rear of your Ovalbac backrest! Our standard styles are ABS models in a leather look, Carbon-Fiber look or primer if you'd like to have it custom painted. For just a little extra we can provide one prepainted or a chromed steel model. Naturally we chose the Carbon-Fiber finishing plate on this one because it coordinates well with the sporty Carbon-Fiber leather seating used in the passenger and rider seats.

Want locking storage, but have a passenger too often to use the Smuggler? Corbin's glovebox is an excellent solution for all your quick-access stuff. Simply replace the finishing plate on the Ovalbac model backrest and you've just added four liters of locking storage capacity. It's plenty for a couple bottles of water, cell phone, spare gloves, maps and other incidentals. Constructed of durable ABS plastic and available plain or prepainted black.

Smuggler is constructed of our durable Fibertech material for a fine finish and long term durability. The door opening is fully weather stripped to guard against foul weather and keep cargo dry. Locking door keeps things secure and simple to access. Our new stainless steel hinge mechanism allows the door to open very wide to keep it out of the way when stowing your gear.

Fibertech Construction	Smuggler is manufactured of our exclusive Fibertech™ material for durability and a clean finish. Specially formulated for Corbin, Fibertech™ gives us very tight tolerances with minimal shrinkage so each part comes out true to the original design.
Finish	We use a quality gel-coat for a nice finish that doesn't show material weave. Smuggler trunk comes prepainted to coordinate with your factory paint so it's ready to install right out of the box.
Smuggler Interior	Corbin Smuggler comes fully lined with a nice, thick grey liner on the inside to protect your cargo. Sure seal weather stripping around the doors keeps out the elements. Locking door keeps contents secure.

	Warning! Heater elements (when available) should never be installed in motorcycle seats used by riders that cannot sense heat.

   

	PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
	SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials, Heaters and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
	FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available.
