Leave it to the innovators at Corbin to build a seat as versatile as the four-stroke thumper itself. Our Dual Sport design combines the functionality of a motocross seat with the comfort of Corbin's ergonomic design. Works great for dirt riding, trail riding, dual sport riding, or for your Super Motard setup. Naturally, the styling is all Corbin with a variety of custom options included.
Like all Corbin designs, we start by crafting a seat using our high-density Comfort Cell foam. Comfort Cell retains resiliency and doesn't crush down like the stock foam so we can build a lower seating platform. This gives you better ground reach and a lower center of gravity. For the off-road enthusiast we were sure to leave enough nose to allow you to slide up the tank and get through the corners faster. Or slide back to skim the front end over the whoops.
Now let's say you're on a Dual Sport ride and you've just finished taming some intense terrain... you have some paved miles ahead to catch your breath. Slide towards the rear of the seat and you'll find a wider sculpted bucket shape. This area of the seat gives you more square inches of body contact and the firm support you need for amazing comfort. By the time you hit the next leg of rough stuff you'll be well rested and ready for more.
As you're seated, the bones in your posterior that take most of your body weight are roughly seven inches apart. Strangely enough, this is true for most adults (I'm not making this up!) Your stock seat at its widest point is 6.5". This actually makes the foam of the stock seat crush in and applies pressure to the center of your body. The Corbin model is a full 9.5" and is built with denser, sculpted foam that supports your body weight over a greater area and equalizes pressure. If you consider actual seating surface, the Corbin model gives you almost 300% more body contact! Long story short, greater riding comfort!
On the top, we cover it with only the highest grade of weather resistant materials for durability and long life. To add a bit of flair, we are now offering an embossed material in a variety of colors that gives the look of Carbon Fiber. The one shown on this page used our Blue Carbon-Fiber vinyl and we also offer black, silver (shown in side panels) and green to match your KLX. The traditional Corbin tag has been replaced with a tasteful Corbin logo stitched right into the contrasting side panel. Installation is simple and just like stock.

ERGONOMIC SHAPING: A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is the Ergonomic shape. This means the saddle's foam shape is designed to emulate the curves of the human body. Corbin's saddle installs on your bike like stock with two tabs in the front and rear hold down brackets. Come's completely pre-assembled and ready to mount on your bike.
Corbin's saddle DOES work with the Suzuki OEM accessory rear rack. The rear mounting arms need to be slightly spread by hand when fitting the seat. It's snug, but not much trouble.

Take good care of your new seat and the seat will take good care of you. Designed to help your leather saddle remain weather resistant and keeps the hide supple. PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
