Canyon Dual Sport saddle for 2008+ Kawasaki Versys
Provides the perfect blend of rider comfort and custom styling. Canyon Dual Sport seat provides total comfort for you and a passenger on the Versys. The sculpted riding positions disperse body weight across a greater area so you enjoy mile after mile of comfort. Neutralized seating platform curbs the tendency to slide towards the tank under braking which will help to reduce fatigue. Notice how we've also neutralized the passenger platform so your copilot doesn't keep sliding into you!
For even greater passenger comfort, Canyon Dual Sport accepts our optional removable backrest which adjusts to provide a tailored fit to co-pilot's posture. Simple to install with just a single bolt, the Corbin backrest is the most refined system available for your bike. Designed specially to support your passenger for the long haul and provide a nice feeling of security. Available in a range of styles to suit your taste (#02-S shown). Our Ovalbac models, like the one shown, even have rear finishing plate options for a more custom touch (shown in Carbon-Fiber style ABS).
Corbin's patented molding and manufacturing process provides a precision fit to the tank and tail section while the whole saddle rides on rubber bumpers to protect the bike's paint. Inside, we use our exclusive Comfort Cell foam for firm support that lasts. Corbin saddles give a sporty, custom look yet still provide sport touring class comfort and ergonomic support.
Leather seating panels are included along with a range of color and material options. We recommend our black Carbon-Fiber style leather in the seating along with Asphalt vinyl side panels for subtle touch. Leather gives you an excellent seating surface that breathes with your body and will conform with the foam shape during break in for a personalized fit to your posterior. Be sure to care for it with a quality conditioner like our Saddle Cream.
Backrest hardware is included and built inside the saddle so there's no brackets to clutter up the look of the machine. This saddle works with our new Ovalbac design backrests for ultimate comfort and very cool looks. The #02-S model backrest (shown) comes coordinated to your saddle. If you're looking to add a little storage space to your bike, how 'bout this cool new glovebox for the rear of your backrest (#02-SB & 297 models only). Designed to carry four liters of your essential stuff like cell phones, spare gloves, bottled water, maps and sunglasses. Constructed of durable ABS and available in unfinished black or prepainted gloss black for a little extra. Comes fully lined and weather stripped with two keys. Saddle installs just like stock and integrates with the factory key lock. Includes all required brackets premounted on the saddle so it's ready for immediate installation. Optional backrests install into Corbin saddle with just a single bolt. Backrest adjustment can be made without removing seat from the motorcycle.

Installation: Canyon Dual Sport saddle installs like stock using a tongue in the front and your existing key lock system. Latch bracket is included and comes preinstalled on the saddle. Corbin backrest installs into built in hardware and locks in with a single bolt.
If you have saddlebags installed on your Versys, you will likely need to ship the latch bracket down 1/8" (just put a washer or two under the bracket to accomplish this.) This will increase clearance at the rear and leave a slight gap of roughly 1/4".
Take good care of your new seat and the seat will take good care of you. Designed to help your leather saddle remain weather resistant and keeps the hide supple. This will allow the leather to break in and age gracefully. Great for boots, gloves & jackets too. Simple rub-in, buff out application. *More Info*

The standard Corbin backrest for years! This model is the same size and shape as the Standard Ovalbac above, but without the hole in the middle. Provides plenty of sculpted back support without looking too big on the bike. Works in both the rider or passenger seating area on virtually all Corbin saddle models. Like the Standard Ovalbac show above, but with a larger contact area for added support. Works great as a passenger backrest in Dual Touring models. Because of the added width, we do not recommend this model in the front position while carrying a passenger... it may interfere with their legs. Sculpted to provide wide ergonomic support. All Corbin saddles (with very little exception) include Genuine Leather Seating to provide a luxurious look and feel.... don't let anybody tell you that vinyl is just as good! You wouldn't buy vinyl boots would you?
PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials, Heaters and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
