One of our buddies called this bike "Rhapsody in Blue"... well said! Corbin has designed a front seat that not only improves comfort, but fits the bike perfectly and looks excellent. Coupled with our new Smuggler trunk in the rear and the ST looks downright sexy. Yet another example of how well Corbin combines form and function! Ergonomic shaping of the front seat is designed for better weight distribution. We've also created a slight upward turn near the tank to help curb sliding in the saddle. This saddle is designed from the ground-up for long range comfort!
Both the front saddle and our Smuggler trunk are designed to interchange with the stock seat components. Installation is quick and simple, so you can easily change out components as desired. Use the Corbin front along with the Smuggler trunk for your daily commuting and swap in your OEM rear seat for the weekend ride with The Missus. Our front saddle keeps the height adjustment function just like your stock seat does as well (please note, there is a gap between the seat and tank when mounted in the high position.) Want to add storage but keep your stock front? That's no problem either.
Smuggler's cavernous capacity of 12+ liters helps to keep all your essential gear handy. What does 12 liters capacity equate to in real life? Well, we put in a couple bottles of water, then threw in some keys, sunglasses and a cell phone. We followed that with a spare helmet visor and another pair of gloves. There was still a ton of room in there so we decided to speed things up by adding a camera... not some little point and shoot either. We're talking a big ole Canon EOS-1D with a 35-350mm lens (yeah baby!) There was still room in there for a couple of maps yet but you get the idea.
Naturally we've built the Smuggler to fit perfectly to the lines of the bike and create an integrated look. Slick details like the triple rib on each side pick up the details of the bike itself. We include a bump pad on the front of the box in your choice of size. The thin pad is for taller riders that want more room to stretch out. The thicker pad is for riders that prefer an easier reach to the bars. To determine which will work best for you, just have a friend measure from the rear point of the luggage rack behind the seat to your posterior while you're seated on the bike. Compare this measurement with the following: Thick pad is 23", Thin pad is 22". Of course we'll coordinate this pad to your Corbin saddle if desired.
Up front the Corbin saddle provides a wide, ergonomically dished seat for proper weight distribution. This helps to eliminate hot-spots. Inside the saddle, our Comfort Cell foam gives your body firm support that lasts all day and maintains the correct shaping. We've sculpted the nose narrow to provide decent ground reach, but have built the nose up near the tank to curb sliding in the saddle and reduce fatigue. Corbin's front saddle keeps the height adjustment of the OEM seat too.
Includes genuine leather in your choice of colors and styles and our tasteful stitch pattern. Recognize some of the shapes in the stitching? That's because this is a custom pattern designed to take styling queues from the bike for a visually integrated look. Leather seating provides a luxurious ride that breathes with your body and will break in along with the foam shape to provide a personalized fit. Care for it properly with a quality conditioner like our Saddle Cream to keep it weather resistant and supple. This will also assure it ages gracefully as it takes on its own character with use and time.
We also offer an option of heated rider seating for your front seat. We incorporate a heater unit under the leather seating and a switch on the left side of the saddle (so you can turn it on without removing your hand from the throttle). Just flip the switch and the seat will warm up and maintain temperature automatically through an integrated controller. A true bit of luxury for those chilly morning rides! Corbin's heater wires easily into your stock fusebox with all wiring and adapters included.
Saddle includes a host of color and texture options all included at no additional charge. Smuggler trunk comes pre-painted to coordinate with your factory paint scheme and is fully lined inside (grey liner). Door opening is weather stripped and door includes a lock to protect your cargo. Installation is simple and very similar to stock. Front seat includes brackets pre-mounted to integrate with the existing system. Our rear bracket needs to be adjusted (just two bolts) depending on the seat height you choose. Smuggler trunk also mounts just like stock and comes with brackets preinstalled. Constructed of Fibertech for durability and long life. (Note We do not fit with the Givi or Hondaline box.)

The Smuggler will not fit with the Givi or Hondaline box.
Front seat installs like stock using pre-mounted brackets that integrate with the height adjustable brackets on the ST 1300. Front bracket of saddle clips directly onto the spring loaded bracket on the bike.
At the rear of the saddle, our adjustable bracket integrates with the "pins" on the bike. Choose a mounting location depending on where you will be installing the seat. Bracket all the way forward is for highest seating position. Bracket three steps to the rear is for lowest seating position. NOTE: High position will only be using one bolt on each side
Smuggle trunk installs exactly like your stock rear seat with pre-mounted tabs and latch bracket in place. Naturally, there is a special molded tab that secures the bracket of your front seat.

PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
