Lines so smooth, they appear crafted by the wind itself! Yeah, that may sound a bit melodramatic, but man... LOOK AT THIS STUFF! Corbin has taken the Bagger to a whole new artistic level with this design.

First you'll notice the complete lack of visible hardware and brackets on the rear. Every custom bagger we've seen has been tied into that setup because of the long frame rails supporting the rear fender and bags. So we started by designing a fender that's taller and longer so we wouldn't have to build around them (or make goofy covers to disguise 'em.)

Once we eliminated that, we were left with complete design freedom to sculpt bags that visually flow along the bike and give a art-deco look. For total integration, we brought the look forward through the side covers and continued the triple chrome strips too. Now the really cool thing about this setup... the whole deal bolts up to your stock chassis so it's a bolt-on solution!

Since clean was the look, we opted to integrate the latch into the heel pad located at the front of the bags. This allows the doors to flow rearward smoothly in an uninterrupted arc. The spring loaded latching pin pops the door open slightly when the release is pulled. Heel pad can be covered in a range of materials to coordinate with the paint or seat cover options.

Basic functionality is excellent with roughly 40 liters of storage per side (compared to the 26 liter stock bags). Doors hinge forward so they won't accidentally pop open in the wind and are sealed against the elements with a thick rubber seal. Inside, the bags are fully lined to protect your cargo and the door latches lock to keep contents secure.

Constructed of our durable Fibertech material and available in a range of paint options. We offer coordination to OEM paint schemes in single color or two tone. If your bagger is already sporting a custom paint job, you can get the full setup in primer to supply to the painter of your choice.

Rear fender comes with a color matched insert that covers a passenger seat mounting location. We're designing a whole lineup of saddles to work with this custom setup and making them modular so you can choose the components that match your needs. Please note that because of the complete redesign of the rear fender, your stock seat or existing aftermarket seat will not work with the Corbin Fleetliner setup.

WIDE TIRES? There's a lot of folks customizing Baggers nowadays. Remember, these bags were designed to work on a stock chassis so any large modifications you've already made could cause a fit problem. We've tested them to work with tire sizes up to 180 in the rear provided it is run in the center and not offset. Erik's bike (the orange one) is sporting a 180 with a chain conversion to keep the tire centered properly. It's a nice setup.

TAILLIGHT The license plate holder / taillight is included with your saddlebag setup. This model gives a perfected flushed-in look with integration of turn signals, tail light, brake light and license plate light. When the turn signal is activated, the corresponding half of the tail light flashes and glows in an arrow pattern. Comes to you in chrome finish and ready for install.

CORBIN SEAT. In this system, the saddle is one of the two items that is
not included. The reason is simple... you need to choose the seat model that best suits your riding needs. Nearly all of the images on this page show the Hollywood solo model, but we're working hard on additional seat models now. If you've got a custom or stretched tank, we can work with you to make any of our seat models fit. In fact, we'll send you the basepan and foam shape so you can adjust it to fit your tank. Then you send it back to us for covering and you're ready to go!

EXHAUST. This is the other item that does not come with the Corbin Fleetliner kit. Although these cool Samson side exits were developed specially for the Corbin Fleetliner, we feel it's best if you go straight to the source for them. Samson system is made with Stainless steel bodies, thermal coated in black with a show chromed slash cut, rolled edge tip. The complete exhaust system provides increased flow and better performance.

As you may notice from the above pics, the Fleetliner bags look great with the OEM fairing as shown on the black bike, but they really shine when combined with the Corbin Fleetliner fairing, front fender and chin spoiler. No coincidence there since all these sweet flowing components were designed by the same folks. Installation is suitable for the average home mechanic and complete instructions are included (naturally).

Fibertech Construction	Manufactured of our exclusive Fibertech™ material for durability and a clean finish. Specially formulated for Corbin, Fibertech™ gives us very tight tolerances with minimal shrinkage so each part comes out true to the original design.
Finish	We use a quality gel-coat for a nice finish that doesn't show material weave. When ordering parts in "primer gel-coat" you can expect a part ready for your painter's preparation. Most Corbin components are also available prepainted and ready for immediate installation.
Saddlebag Interior	Corbin Fleetliner Bags come fully lined with a nice, thick grey liner on the inside to protect your cargo. Sure seal weather stripping around the doors keeps out the elements. Locking doors keep contents secure

	Corbin's Fleetliner is also available with wider side covers that work with 2008 models or baggers with factory ABS.
	This saddlebag setup uses a completely different fender configuration, so it will not work with stock seats or standard Corbin seat models. A complete line of saddles will be available special to this setup.
	When loading heavy items into the bags, be sure to place them in carefully. "Thowing" heavy items like disc locks into the bags can create cracks or stress marks in the paint on the outside.
