Smuggler... is a part of Corbin's modular seating system. We've created a two piece saddle system that allows you to switch from solo to dual easily using a built in key lock system. For a clean solo look and the most convenient storage available, our Smuggler trunk is just perfect. Locking onto your bike in place of the passenger seat, Corbin's Smuggler trunk comes prepainted to coordinate with your stock paint (please specify color) and provides a secure area to stow essentials. Up front, the enhanced ergonomics of our front saddle create a perch that provides long range, touring comfort.
Naturally we've built the Smuggler to fit perfectly to the lines of the Spyder to create an integrated look. Every little detail picks up shaping of the bike and lends a bit more flair. Our patented molding process and exclusive materials create a part with very minimal variation from piece to piece so we can design a precision fit to the bodywork. The Corbin front saddle mounts using included brackets and the Smuggler trunk and/or rear seat mount to this bracket and secure with integrated Corbin lock system.
Smuggler's generous capacity helps to keep all your essential gear handy. This model is actually large enough to carry a laptop... not all laptops mind you, but many. The computer bag we show going into the Smuggler above measured 12" x 15" x 2.25" and contained a Toshiba with a 14" screen. Plus, there's more than enough room for keys, maps, spare gloves, cell phone, PDA, bottled water.... there's even enough room for a digital camera in there! You'll find the Smuggler so convenient that you'll be getting stuff out of it every time you stop your bike. Naturally it comes fully finished and prepainted to coordinate with your stock paint color so the looks are spectacular right out of the box.
Front saddle uses our exclusive high-density Comfort Cell foam that allows us to build a supportive saddle without a bulky shape. Corbin's Wizards are masters at combining form and function into a saddle that makes you as happy to look at as it does to ride on. Notice how the bucket is designed to emulate the shape of your body. This gives excellent support for longer range. Neutralized seating helps to curb sliding in the saddle which greatly reduces rider fatigue.
Smuggler trunk includes bump pad coordinated with leather cover to match your Corbin front saddle. Inverted Vee design visually fits in perfectly with the Spyder bodywork. Pictures just don't do it justice. When you see in person how well the trunk is integrated to the bike, you'll be amazed. Notice how closely the Corbin designers were able to make the Smuggler fit to the clean shaping of the tail section. The graceful, aerodynamic looks have been kept true for the best possible visual appeal. Smuggler is constructed of our durable Fibertech material for a fine finish and long term durability.
Smuggler comes fully lined to help protect your cargo and cushion some of the road noise. Naturally, the door opening is fully weather stripped to guard against foul weather as well. Locking door keeps things secure and simple to access. Our new stainless steel hinge mechanism allows the door to open very wide to keep it out of the way when stowing your gear.

Front saddle mounts with included hinge and is designed to integrate with the stock "prop-rod". Once installed, Corbin seat will hinge up providing access to fuel tank and operates with Can-Am key lock system.
Passenger seat or Smuggler install with Corbin integrated lock system. All brackets and required components are included and install easily with common hand tools. Passenger seat has key lock in side panel, Smuggler provides latch access inside.
When installing Smuggler trunk, passenger seat sensor will not be used as our trunk does not allow for passenger transportation.

Our most popular backrest model is the perfect blend of form and function. The size looks visually appropriate on most every seat yet is large enough to provide good, sculpted support. The standard Corbin backrest for years! This model is the same size and shape as the Standard Ovalbac above, but without the hole in the middle. Provides plenty of sculpted back support without looking too big on the bike. Works in both the rider or passenger seating area on virtually all Corbin saddle models. Like the Standard Ovalbac show above, but with a larger contact area for added support. Works great as a passenger backrest in Dual Touring models. Because of the added width, we do not recommend this model in the front position while carrying a passenger... it may interfere with their legs. Sculpted to provide wide ergonomic support. This model is specially designed to be used in the large Dual Touring seats (like HD Baggers) or in Master's Type saddles as found on the Goldwings. Sculpted for extended support both vertically and horizontally, but cut away at the bottom to provide clearance for passenger's legs. If you want the functionality of a backrest, but also want the smallest appearance possible, this is the backrest model for you. This one is most often used as a rider's backrest in Gunfighter seat models (thus the name). Includes a variety of finishing plate options for the rear. *More Info*
A convenient storage solution that looks great too. Corbin's Glove Box bolts up easily to your #02-S(B) model backrest in place of the rear finishing plate to provide four liters of locking storage. PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
