Master’s Type touring system offers two riders ergonomically perfected support. Built up of our exclusive Comfort Cell® foam to provide a firm supportive ride and miles of touring comfort. The combination of ergonomic shaping and supportive foam provides excellent weight distribution to eliminate hot spots. For a truly luxurious ride, seat heaters are built into the design and genuine leather seating panels are included.
Our touring system is made up of four components: Front saddle provides a deep supportive bucket that seats the rider closer to the frame for enhanced control. Adjustable rider’s backrest installs into hardware concealed in the front saddle for added support. Corbin’s rear saddle provides dished seating with excellent lumbar support that molds perfectly around the BMW saddlebags. Trunkrest bolts up to your BMW top case and is sculpted to provide maximum contact area and back support for your copilot. With longer armrests built in, your passenger travels in true luxury!
We also offer a new LOW version of the solo saddle for an easier ground reach and better low speed control. This saddle is cut extremely low, but still offers a very nice contact patch for long range touring. Narrow nose provide easier ground reach while the seating is positioned for easier reach to bars. Because of the reduced side walls on the saddle, the heater switch is located in the nose of the saddle, near the tank. Both of our solo saddle models work with the Corbin rear seat or the Corbin Smuggler trunk for solo riders.
If you prefer a cleaner look in the passenger area, we now offer a flat trunk pad without armrests. This model bolts up easily to your BMW trunk and provides your passenger contoured back support. Lookes very clean and coordinates well with the Corbin saddle system. Be sure to specify which trunkrest you prefer when ordering!
All components include genuine leather seating with our tasteful stitch pattern and feature seat heaters built in. Leather provides a perch that breathes with your body and will break in along with the foam shape for a personalized fit. Corbin seat heaters plug into existing wiring on the motorcycle and offer two levels of heat control. Switches are located in side panel on standard solos and on the nose in the low version. Saddle components mount like stock for simple installation. Low saddle requires minor modification of bodywork to install.

COMFORT CELL® FOAM: The heart of the Corbin saddle! Our exclusive, purpose built foam material, called Comfort Cell, was created to provide a firm, resilient ride that doesn't break down. This means it will support you for long days on the road. Over time, Comfort Cell will break in to provide a personalized fit to your posture and even greater comfort! For the complete story just click the button.
ERGONOMIC SHAPING: A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is the Ergonomic shape. This means the saddle's foam shape is designed to emulate the curves of the human body. This provides more square inches of body contact and helps to eliminate hot spots. This shaping also neutralizes the seating platform to help curb sliding in the saddle which reduces fatigue. In a nutshell... more comfort for a longer ride! Just click the button at left for an animation that shows how it works.
PATENTED MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY: Always an innovator, Mike Corbin invented Integrated Molding technology which is now the process by which all Corbin saddles are made. This process allows extremely tight tolerances and creates a chemical bond between the foam and base material. To see what this is all about, just click the button for More Info
FIBERTECH™ BASEPAN: A purpose built, hybrid material that provides a firm foundation to support the carefully designed ergonomics of the Corbin saddle. Provides a precision fit to every arc and contour of the machine and rides on rubber bumpers to protect your paint. Click on the button at left to learn more...
GENUINE LEATHER: We use leather in all panels of the seat that contact your body. This provides a luxurious ride that breathes with your body. Leather will also break in along with the foam shape to support the personalized fit. Available in a wide range of textures and styles to suit your taste. CORBIN BACKREST SYSTEM: The first and most versatile removable backrest system available for motorcycles! Corbin's backrests provide added vertical back support and long range comfort. Supported by internal hardware for a very clean look. Backrests adjust to rider's profile for a tailored fit and install or remove easily as desired. A very popular option! Click the button for additional info...
ELECTRIC HEAT: As an option we can include electric heat in this saddle! This option provides a true bit of luxury for when the temperature starts to drop. Simple to install with major components pre-built into the saddle. Just wire in the included pigtail and you're ready to roll. Click the button at left for complete info...
MODULAR SEAT SYSTEM: This component is part of our modular seat system. Engineered to work in a variety of configurations to provide maximum versatility. Test Rider Comments:
Greg Hurley 6’5", 235 lbs
Ground reach is rarely a problem when you’re my height, but the stock unit left me feeling like I was sitting atop the bike rather than being an integral part of it. The Corbin saddle really helps the feeling of balance and control while offering much better support.
John Ortiz 5’10", 160 lbs
The stock unit is too wide and the crowned design applies too much central pressure. Something about the shape seems to rock my hips forward uncomfortably. The Corbin saddle offers a much more natural seating position with excellent support. Even with the wide bucket design, I can reach the ground by sliding forward and out of the bucket. The seat heater switch is much easier to find without dismounting.
Chance Darling 5’9", 175 lbs
The stock seat feels FAT. The soft foam of the seat doesn't seem to offer any type of organized support and feels high in the front which applies pressure to a very sensitive area. The Corbin front is a much nicer riding saddle with excellent support and no "mush". The back support is excellent especially with the backrest installed.

Corbin's Front saddle will install with your stock BMW rear saddle although it was not specifically designed to do so. There will be a 1" gap between the front Corbin and rear stock seats if installed in this configuration. Consider getting the Corbin rear seat also!
If your bike did not originally come with a heated seat then you have to take the plastic plug off the wiring and turn it around so it can accept the wiring on the Corbin saddle.
Corbin #K12-LT-TR and #K12-LT-TR-FLAT work with stock BMW rack on top of trunk.
Just like the BMW model low saddle, Corbin's low design front saddle requires trimming of the bodywork to install.
No modifications required on the 2005 model to fit the low seat version; part # K12-LT-F-SHRT.
When designing this saddle, we provided additional room in the rider seating area to allow you to move around more on long trips. Adding to the length of the seating area enables you to slide fore and aft as needed.
Show your colors! We usually have a new tee shirt design available every year. For 2007, we are offering the Corbin tee with the official Hollister Rally logo on the Front and our pinstripe design on the back. Available in a variety of styles for men and women! *Show Me*

Our most popular backrest model is the perfect blend of form and function. The size looks visually appropriate on most every seat yet is large enough to provide good, sculpted support. Works well in either the rider's or passenger's position. The standard Ovalbac is available with a range of finishing plate options to dress up the rear including chrome! *More Info*
The standard Corbin backrest for years! This model is the same size and shape as the Standard Ovalbac above, but without the hole in the middle. Provides plenty of sculpted back support without looking too big on the bike. Works in both the rider or passenger seating area on virtually all Corbin saddle models. This model also has the option of chrome studs if desired. *More Info*
Like the Standard Ovalbac show above, but with a larger contact area for added support. Works great as a passenger backrest in Dual Touring models. Because of the added width, we do not recommend this model in the front position while carrying a passenger... it may interfere with their legs. Sculpted to provide wide ergonomic support. Offers a variety of finishing plate options to customize the rear (sorry, no chrome). *More Info*
This model is specially designed to be used in the large Dual Touring seats (like HD Baggers) or in Master's Type saddles as found on the Goldwings. Sculpted for extended support both vertically and horizontally, but cut away at the bottom to provide clearance for passenger's legs. A variety of finishing plate options are available to customize the rear. *More Info*
If you want the functionality of a backrest, but also want the smallest appearance possible, this is the backrest model for you. This one is most often used as a rider's backrest in Gunfighter seat models (thus the name). Includes a variety of finishing plate options for the rear. *More Info*
A convenient storage solution that looks great too. Corbin's Glove Box bolts up easily to your #02-S(B) model backrest in place of the rear finishing plate to provide four liters of locking storage. Available in primer or pre-painted. Some color matches are available depending on bike make and model. Comes fully lined too! *More Info*
Take good care of your new seat and the seat will take good care of you. Designed to help your leather saddle remain weather resistant and keeps the hide supple. This will allow the leather to break in and age gracefully. Great for boots, gloves & jackets too. Simple rub-in, buff out application. *More Info*
