Just a line to let people know how great of an experience I had with my order. I ordered my seat on January 9th with Travis! Travis was very attentive and professional in going over my order with me! He gave me plenty of information when I got hung up on certain decisions and the product shows that he knew his stuff!! I was extremely impressed with the time period in which I received my seat also. Travis said it would go into production on the 14th and to expect the seat around mid February. That was perfectly fine with me, however I called on the 22nd of January to get my order number (since I forgot to get it) and was told that it was already shipped out to me. Now that is good service!!! Everyone at Corbin I have been in contact with has been GREAT and I am vey pleased with the whole experience! Keep up the good level of service!!!

I completely understand that the Customer Service Dept. handles alot of problems and very rarely gets any credit, but I had to give props where it is deserved. I did have a problem with my seat order, however it was NOT on Corbin and that is why I am so impressed with Nina! The problem was with the shipping company. They had the correct address to ship to, but instead chose a whole other state to send it to! Go Figure!!! When I contacted Corbin to get a tracking #, Nina responded promptly with it and handled the problem for me and then went the extra mile to make sure I received my seat!! Now that is service!! Even when it wasn't Corbin's proplem! Give that girl a raise because she deserves it and a big Thank You to Corbin for all their help in the whole process!!!
