The time tested design of the Corbin saddle has been applied to the Yamaha maxi-scooter. Ergonomically shaped seating buckets provide excellent weight dispersion and amazing comfort. We've even built in hardware to provide for a removable passenger backrest. In the front, our deep supportive bucket offers nearly nine inches of support without the use of a backrest! We've designed this system to work with your stock components so you can use the front and rear seats independantly if you prefer.

Corbin backrests are simple to install and adjust easily to your passenger's riding posture. Just slide the backrest shaft into the internal hardware and lock it in place with a single bolt. You can then set the backrest angle to the preferred setting and lock it in with the easily accessible adjustment screw. Choose from a variety of backrest styles to suit your taste although we recommend the #02-S Ovalbac for a good combination of looks and support. With a backrest in place, your copilot enjoys over nine inches of adjustable support!

Seat and backrest are built up with our exclusive Comfort Cell^® foam. Comfort Cell^® is nearly twice as firm as the stock foam so it offers long lasting support. This closed cell foam retains resilience indefinitely and will actually break in to take on your shape as the miles roll by. Under the foam is our rigid Fibertech basepan that is specially designed to support the foam shape and fit perfectly to every contour of your bike. The shape of this basepan fit's perfect to the hinged trunklid so it works just like your stock seat.

Genuine leather seating is included in your choice of colors and styles. Likewise, a tasteful color coordinated welt if you choose. Leather is a great seating surface for saddles because it is a natural product that will breathe and not trap too much heat against your body. It will also break in along with the foam shape and provide a personalized fit. Just be sure to care for it properly with a quality conditioner like our Saddle Cream. This will help your seat to remain weather resistant and age gracefully while it develops its own unique character (just like a leather jacket).

On the seat model we show on this page, we've used our standard natural grain black leather in the seating panels combined with Asphalt vinyl side panels, a black welt and a tasteful Tuck & Roll stitch. Asphalt vinyl sides provide an interesting texture visually while it supports the foam shape. This will keep your saddle tight and looking new longer. The combination show on this page looks custom yet is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower the look of your Majesty.

To further customize the look of your bike, we can provide a variety of back plate options on our Ovalbac series backrests. Our standard back plate has a leather look (ABS) or choose a Carbon-Fiber look or even primer if you'd like to have it custom painted. For a little extra, we can now provide one prepainted gloss black or a Chromed steel model if you want a flashier appearance.

Need a handy bit of storage for smaller items that you don't want bouncing around under the seat? Corbin's glovebox is an excellent solution for all your quick-access stuff. Simply replace the finishing plate on the Ovalbac model backrest and you've just added four liters of locking storage capacity. It's plenty for a couple bottles of water, cell phone, spare gloves, maps and other incidentals. Constructed of durable ABS plastic and available plain or prepainted for just a little extra. 	Front saddle installs just like stock reusing the original bolts. Adjustment feature of the front seat remains intact.
	Rear saddle installs with brackets and hardware included. In order to offer the option of a passenger backrest, we designed a mounting system that would be more sturdy. Simply mount the two included brackets to the bike as shown and secure the rear saddle to them from the sides.
	Corbin's rear seat does not work with the Yamaha passenger backrest assembly #ABA-5RV42-20-00.

#297-SB Standard Backrest	The standard Corbin backrest for years! This model is the same size and shape as the Standard Ovalbac above, but without the hole in the middle. Provides plenty of sculpted back support without looking too big on the bike. Works in both the rider or passenger seating area on virtually all Corbin saddle models. #02-L Large Ovalbac®	Like the Standard Ovalbac show above, but with a larger contact area for added support. Works great as a passenger backrest in Dual Touring models. Because of the added width, we do not recommend this model in the front position while carrying a passenger... it may interfere with their legs. Sculpted to provide wide ergonomic support. #02-T Tee Ovalbac®	This model is specially designed to be used in the large Dual Touring seats (like HD Baggers) or in Master's Type saddles as found on the Goldwings. Sculpted for extended support both vertically and horizontally, but cut away at the bottom to provide clearance for passenger's legs. #02-G Gunfighter Ovalbac®	If you want the functionality of a backrest, but also want the smallest appearance possible, this is the backrest model for you. #GB Gunfighter Backrest®	All the functionality of an adjustable backrest, combined with the smallest profile possible. 	All Corbin saddles (with very little exception) include Genuine Leather Seating to provide a luxurious look and feel....   don't let anybody tell you that vinyl is just as good! You wouldn't buy vinyl boots would you?
	Warning! Heater elements (when available) should never be installed in motorcycle seats used by riders that cannot sense heat.

   

	PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
	SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials, Heaters and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
	FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available.
