Hollywood Solo saddle gives your Warrior a slick, low profile look while providing you with boulevard cruising comfort. Our Fibertech basepan provides a perfect, flowing fit along the tank, chassis and fender, but rides on rubber bumpers to protect your paint job. For two-up cruising we also offer a coordinated passenger pillion pad. Naturally, both pieces are built up with high density Comfort Cell® foam to provide a firm resilient ride despite the incredibly low profile. It’s seats like these that brought Mike to the development of our infinite ratio foam!
Hollywood Solo is a great setup if you want your Warrior to have a low and slammed look. Notice how the shaping matches perfectly to the tank and fender... this kind of fit is available only in a Corbin saddle. Our rigid Fibertech basepan provides a good foundation for the foam shape and is carefully designed to fit close to the chassis. Our exclusive Comfort Cell® foam is engineered with an ergonomic shape that provides a greater area of body contact for better weight distribution and maximum comfort. Sculpted shaping in the nose area assures you still have good ground reach at stop signs.
If you prefer a solo look or just want to show off that rear fender and snazzy paint job, you can run our Hollywood Solo without the pillion pad. This is a very clean look, but remember, you will have to remove a couple of brackets from the rear fender. Filling the screw holes with a nice chrome button head screw (not included) is a nice way to keep things looking clean. Corbin pillion pad bolts up to the solo with just two bolts and the whole assembly mounts using the stock key lock, so changing back and forth when desired is a simple procedure.
Our passenger seat is also built up with high density foam to give your copilot a surprising amount of support for such a slim profile. As with all Corbin saddles, both the Hollywood Solo and Pillion come standard with genuine leather seating a choice of colors and styles. On this page we show both decked out in Black Faux-Ostrich for a little custom appeal, but plain black is also available for a more subtle look. Leather seating is great for motorcycle saddles because it breathes with your body and will break in with the foam shape for a personalized fit.
Leather is extremely durable and works great for motorcycle saddles. Corbin has well over three decades of experience in motorcycle seat design and have found this to be the best material choice. (Just one of the many reasons you'll want to INSIST on a genuine Corbin saddle!) Over time your leather saddle will age and develop a unique character just like your leather jacket and boots do. If you care for it properly with a quality conditioner like our Saddle Cream, your leather saddle will be your riding buddy for many years. This will also help it to remain weather resist and conform to the shape of the foam during break in.
Foam density is an important factor in long range comfort (especially in low profile models like this one) and we always say... "Firm is a good thing". Corbin uses a very unique formula of purpose built materials in our manufacturing process. Combine this with over three and a half decades of design experience and you have what is commonly considered the World's Finest Motorcycle Seat. Comfort Cell® foam combined with our patented molding process deliver unmatched contoured support. Corbin saddles feel firm when you first ride on them, but will break in and adapt to your body and support you in comfort for years to come. Enjoy the ride on an authentic Corbin saddle!

COMFORT CELL® FOAM: The heart of the Corbin saddle! Our exclusive, purpose built foam material, called Comfort Cell, was created to provide a firm, resilient ride that doesn't break down. This means it will support you for long days on the road. Over time, Comfort Cell will break in to provide a personalized fit to your posture and even greater comfort! ERGONOMIC SHAPING: A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is the Ergonomic shape. This means the saddle's foam shape is designed to emulate the curves of the human body. This provides more square inches of body contact and helps to eliminate hot spots. This shaping also neutralizes the seating platform to help curb sliding in the saddle which reduces fatigue. In a nutshell... more comfort for a longer ride! Just click the button at left for an animation that shows how it works.
PATENTED MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY: Always an innovator, Mike Corbin invented Integrated Molding technology which is now the process by which all Corbin saddles are made. This process allows extremely tight tolerances and creates a chemical bond between the foam and base material. To see what this is all about, just click the button for More Info
GENUINE LEATHER: We use leather in all panels of the seat that contact your body. This provides a luxurious ride that breathes with your body. Leather will also break in along with the foam shape to support the personalized fit. Available in a wide range of textures and styles to suit your taste. FIBERTECH™ BASEPAN: A purpose built, hybrid material that provides a firm foundation to support the carefully designed ergonomics of the Corbin saddle.
