Designed specially for both the Kawi and Suzuki sport quads. We know you want your quad to look as killer as it rides, so we provide custom color options that will work great on any of the colors available. By simply changing the material used in the side panel, this seat will look killer whether you have the White/Blue Suzuki or the Orange Kawasaki. But looks is only one small part of what makes the Corbin saddle a valuable addition for your bike. Here's how we re-invented the 4-wheeler...
We've taken a whole new approach to how a quad should ride. We know you spend as much time standing on the pegs or hanging off as you do actually sitting on the seat, but this model is specially designed to facilitate body movement and also provide comfort when you are in the seat. The first thing you'll notice is how well the Corbin saddle integrates visually with the bodywork and design. Long story short, it looks cool! Then just throw a leg over it and you'll notice a wider, more level seating platform. This shaping eliminates the bone jarring central pressure caused by the narrow shape of the stock seat and makes it easier to slide forward and backward.
Hanging off the bike is assisted by lowering the nose area, which also gives you a better center of gravity (lower). Our grippy "Black Husky" seat insert is a durable fabric material backed with rubber for comfort and water resistance. Over the edges we run either our basket weave material or our new "Asphalt" material to add additional grip and a very aggressive look. The wider, flat platform and sticky materials give you excellent control and help hold you body in position when you're hanging off the side.
Above, we mentioned free color options to customize the saddle to your ride. Our basic saddle is dressed with Black Husky seating, Black Asphalt edges and Silver Carbon-Fiber Sides, Tail and Nose pieces. To coordinate with the various Suzuki colors, you can change the side panels from Silver Carbon Fiber to Blue, Yellow or Black Carbon Fiber. For the Orange or Green Kawasaki models, we recommend either Silver or Black Carbon-Fiber side panels. Of course, Corbin uses only the finest, most colorfast and durable vinyl materials available for our Quad and Dual Sport saddles.
Again, notice the precision fit of the Corbin basepan to the bodywork. Our patented molding and manufacturing processes allow us to create a part that fits close to the body for a very clean look. Stock nylon basepans are too flexible for this kind of fitment. Corbin integrated molding is a patented process that assures each saddle precisely matches our original tooling. Saddle comes to you ready to install with all brackets and required hardware included (details below). We include a key lock system for easy seat removal and installation.
Inside we use our high-density Comfort Cell foam for firm support that won't break down while you're riding. Comfort cell is one of the critical elements to Corbin's legendary saddle comfort. Installation Instructions: [Page 1] Corbin's quad saddle uses a new key lock system instead of the lever actuated release on your stock seat. Saddle comes with two brackets in the front and the lock mechanism preinstalled on the basepan. You only have to mount the latch pin and you're ready to go.
Installation of the latch pin takes just two bolts (included). Remove the two stock bolts that hold down your battery retainer (don't lose the washers under the battery retainer). Put our bracket on top of the retainer with the latch pin facing straight up as shown and hold in place with the included bolts. Don't forget to use some LocTight on the bolts and tighten them to 6 ft lbs.
Once the latch pin is installed, simple mount the seat just like you did the stock unit. To remove, just use the key latch included in the right
side of the saddle. Comes with two keys just in case one gets lost.

PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
