The Wizards in our custom ride-in department have been making one-off seats for motard conversions made from KTMs, Suzuki DRs, Honda XRs and just about anything else you can think of (and who wouldn't love a street bike with nearly a foot of suspension travel?) Now there is finally a miriad of choices available for the Super-Moto crowd... not the least of which are the fine offerings from KTM like this 690.
This special design is very similar to our Dual Sport seat designs in that it allows freedom of movement for the rider from front to back while providing wider, contoured seating towards the rear. This allows for aggressive riding AND comfort. As much as we hate to sound cliche'... it's Form AND Function!
Corbin's seating platform is totally neutralized to curb sliding in the saddle which eliminates fatigue over the long run. Inside the saddle we use a proprietary foam material called Comfort Cell that provides a firm, resilient ride that lasts. Developed especially for Corbin and our patented manufacturing technique, Comfort Cell can be cast to the density best suited for each saddle design. This allows us to make each saddle provide just the right amount of support... too soft and you feel like you're bouncing off the basepan, too hard and you may as well be sitting on the fender.
Casting our foam allows us to design complex shapes that conform to the contours of your body. We call this "ergonomic shaping" and it gives you more square inches of body contact for better weight dispersion. This shaping also helps to eliminate pressure points and hot spots created by flat seats and soft foam. Towards the nose we keep the shape narrow to aid ground reach.
On top we use only the highest grade of weather resistant materials for durability and long life. We dressed up this model with Carbon-Fiber style leather seating and coordinating vinyl side panels or color coordinated orange sides. Cover is completely hand sewn and riveted to our rigid Fibertech basepan. Naturally, the material selection is provided at no extra charge. Saddle installs using your existing key lock and rides on rubber bumpers to protect your bodywork and chassis.

PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
