For a slick solo look and the most convenient storage available, the Smuggler trunk is just the ticket. Smuggler is part of Corbin's unique modular seating system. We've created this two piece saddle system to allow you to switch from solo to dual quickly and easily using the stock Kawasaki key lock. Corbin's Smuggler trunk comes prepainted to coordinate with your stock paint (please specify color), and locks onto your bike in place of a passenger seat to provides a secure area to stow essentials. Up front, the enhanced ergonomics of our front saddle create a perch that provides long range, sport-touring comfort.
Smuggler's cavernous capacity of 11+ liters helps to keep all your essential gear handy. That's more than enough room for keys, maps, spare gloves, cell phone, PDA, extra face-shield, bottled water... with plenty of room left over. This model has a partial bottom on it so it's designed to give access to the tool pouch that is already located under your seat too. You'll find the Smuggler so convenient that you'll be getting stuff out of it every time you stop your bike.
We've built the Smuggler to perfectly fit to the lines of the ZZR and create an integrated look. Slick details like the triple rib on each side pick up the details of the bike and lend a bit more flair. Our patented molding process and exclusive materials create a part with very minimal variation from piece to piece so we can design a precision fit to the bodywork. Corbin's front saddle installs with included mounting brackets while Smuggler uses the latch transferred from your stock seat.
Front saddle uses our exclusive high-density Comfort Cell foam that allows us to build a supportive saddle without a bulky shape. Corbin's Wizards are masters at combining form and function into a saddle that makes you as happy to look at as it does to ride on. For those chilly morning rides, the Corbin front seat has the option of electric heat. Seat wires easily into your fusebox and maintains the proper temperature automatically through an integrated controller. Simply flip the conveniently located switch to low or high and enjoy the warmth.
Notice how the bucket is designed to emulate the shape of your body. This gives excellent support for longer range. Neutralized seating helps to curb sliding in the saddle, which greatly reduces rider fatigue. We include your choice of color options for looks from outrageous to stealthy. We've created a cover design and stitch pattern that coordinates with the ZZR perfectly and adds to the visual appeal.
This view gives you a good idea of the size of the storage area. Notice how we've put a partial bottom on this model to provide access to your tool pouch and the other storage cavity under the saddle. Smuggler comes fully lined and is weather-stripped to protect your cargo. Locking door keeps things secure and simple to access... besides, it's much better looking than a tank bag and doesn't scratch your bike either.
Inside the saddle we use our exclusive Comfort Cell foam to provide a firm, resilient ride that gives you long lasting support. Foam density is an important factor in long range comfort and we always say... "Firm is a good thing". Corbin uses a very unique formula of purpose built materials in our manufacturing process. Combine this with over three and a half decades of design experience and you have what is commonly considered the World's Finest Motorcycle Seat. Comfort Cell® foam combined with our patented molding process deliver unmatched contoured support. Corbin saddles feel firm when you first ride on them, but will break in and adapt to your body and support you in comfort for years to come. Enjoy the ride!

GENUINE LEATHER: We use leather in all panels of the seat that contact your body. This provides a luxurious ride that breathes with your body.
