Young Guns model provides a perfect fit to the tank, side covers and rear fender on your new Vulcan. Our Fibertech basepan molds to every contour of the machine and fits the crown and profile of that gorgeous fender perfectly. Underneath, the saddle rides on strategically placed rubber bumpers to protect your paint job from scratches. Installation of our single piece basepan is a snap.
We include genuine leather seating panels in your choice of colors and styles for a truly distinctive touch. Leather makes an excellent seating surface because it breathes with your body and will conform with the foam shape during break in for a more personalized fit. Leather is extremely durable and works great for motorcycle saddles.
Young Guns saddle installs on your bike easily with a tongue in the front, two stock bolts in the sides and a single screw into your fender at the rear. For a very clean installation, use one of our chromed billet thumbscrews at the rear. These triple chrome plated screws provide a very nice finishing touch and come in a range of thread sizes. Your Vulcan 1600 will need a 6mm model which is part #ACST-6m.

ERGONOMIC SHAPING: A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is the Ergonomic shape. This means the saddle's foam shape is designed to emulate the curves of the human body. Young Guns saddle installs like stock with a leather wrapped metal tongue in the front, two stock bolts in the sides and a single bolt into your fender at the rear. Use the stock bolt in the rear or our Chrome Billet thumbscrew (#ACST-6M) for a cleaner look.

PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
