You bought the Vulcan because you liked the smooth, nearly art deco lines right? Well then you're going to want bags that were designed specifically to match those slick curves of course. Corbin's Beetle Bags are just the ticket. Our bags are tooled up especially for each bike model so they're visually integrated and fit close to the bike's profile. This close fit gives you improved weight handling, keeping the bags aerodynamically efficient and just plain looking good.
The flowing shape provides a bit of a Hot Rod flair and a look far cleaner than "one shape fits all" hard luggage. Both bags feature top loading so contents can't spill out when opened and they will self close in the wind if forgotten. Notice how the Corbin mounting system keeps the bags close to the bike? We mold them around the fender rails and in tight to the fender. This allows the bags to carry weight in close for a better center of gravity and good balance. This design also keeps a narrower profile for less width to worry about when lane splitting.
Our design team shaped these bags to work with your stock exhaust system, but they will work equally well with any system that has a profile lower than the stock pipe. Corbin's bags will work with your Kawasaki Sissy Bar backrest too. We include a painted plug that fills in the gap when you're not using a sissy bar. These Beetle Bags fit and look excellent either way. The front of our bag molds around your passenger's legs to maximize capacity without creating an overbearing look. The interior wall fits the shape of the bike to keep them narrow and carry the shape around the rear fender while increasing the storage capacity. When loaded properly the bike remains stable at all speeds.
Both bags come completely lined to protect your cargo, feature locking doors for security, and they're molded to fit perfectly with your stock turn signals. Sure seal weather stripping and adjustable locks keeps them watertight. We can pre-paint your bags to coordinate with your factory paint job so they're ready to install right out of the box. Manufactured out of our durable Fibertech material, Beetle Bags include all installation brackets and complete instructions. Bag lids use our new RTM process so they're more rigid and finished inside and out. Bags work with your stock seat or a variety of Corbin seat models as shown.
Fibertech Construction
Manufactured of our exclusive Fibertech™ material for durability and a clean finish. Specially formulated for Corbin, Fibertech™ gives us very tight tolerances with minimal shrinkage so each part comes out true to the original design.
Finish
We use a quality gel-coat for a nice finish that doesn't show material weave. When ordering parts in "primer gel-coat" you can expect a part ready for your painter's preparation. Most Corbin components are also available prepainted and ready for immediate installation.
Saddlebag / Smuggler Interior
Corbin Beetle Bags / Smuggler comes fully lined with a nice, thick grey liner on the inside to protect your cargo. Sure seal weather stripping around the doors keeps out the elements. Locking doors keep contents secure.

Beetle Bags work with your stock exhaust system or a variety of aftermarket pipes. If you are using an aftermarket set of pipes, please assure they mount no higher than the original system did. Installation is simple using hardware and brackets that are included. Complete instructions included.

PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
