There's no other bags like 'em! Corbin's extremely popular Beetle Bags are specially designed to fit specific bike models so they're visually integrated and fit close to the bike profile. This close fit gives you improved weight handling and helps them to be more aerodynamically efficient. The flowing shape provides a bit of a Hot Rod flair and a look far cleaner than "one shape fits all" style hard luggage. Both bags feature top loading so contents can't spill out when opened and they will self close in the wind if forgotten. Notice how the Corbin mounting system keeps the Beetle Bags close to the bike. We mold them around the fender rails and in tight to the fender. This allows the bags to carry weight in close where it won't upset your balance. This design also keeps a narrower profile for best possible aerodynamics and less width to worry about when lane splitting. Our design team shaped these bags to work with your stock exhaust system, but they will work equally well with any system that has a profile lower than the stock pipe. Please note, due to the close fit along the sides, our bags won't work with sissy bars or other accessories that mount to the fender rails.
Corbin Beetle Bags mold around the passenger's legs to maximize capacity without creating an overbearing look on your sleek machine. Interior wall fits the shape of the bike to keep them narrow and carry the shape around the rear fender. Keeping weight bearing close to the centerline of the bike helps to maintain a good center of gravity. When loaded properly, you won't even know they back there while you're riding and the bike remains stable at all speeds.
Both bags come completely lined to protect your cargo and feature locking doors for security. Molded to fit perfect with your stock turn signals. Sure seal weather stripping and adjustable lock keeps them watertight. Corbin's Beetle Bags come pre-painted to coordinate with your factory paint job so they're ready to install right out of the box. Please note, there is a slight up-charge for paint match of Honda Illusion paint colors. Saddlebag lids are molded using our new RTM (Resin Transer Molding) process so they're more rigid and finished on both sides to look nicer open or closed.
When loading items inside the bags, it is best to load heavy items closest to the bike for best load bearing and balance. Also, because of the beautiful painted finish, it is important to load items like disk locks carefully. If you throw an item like this into one of the bags, it can create pressure cracks in the paint on the outside of the bag. Just place items in carefully and, when possible, pack around them to stop items from jumping around if you run onto some rough roads.
Manufactured of our durable Fibertech material, Beetle Bags come as a complete set with all installation brackets and complete instructions included. As mentioned before, Corbin saddlebags fit too close to allow the use of a Sissy Bar or other fender rail mounted accessory. If you take passenger's regularly and are looking for a backrest option, the Corbin Dual Touring saddle may be just the ticket.

Beetle Bags work with your stock exhaust system or a variety of aftermarket pipes. If you are using an aftermarket set of pipes, please assure they mount no higher than the original system. Installation is simple using hardware and brackets that are included. At the top, simple replace the fender rail bolts with the provided stainless steel studs.
To secure the lower part of the bags, we include a bracket that secures to your passenger foot pegs and bolts to the saddlebags. Installation is simple and can be accomplished by virtually any weekend mechanic. Complete instructions included.
Due to the way Corbin saddlebags are designed to fit close to the profile of your bike, they will not work with the Honda sissy bar system or any other accessory that uses brackets along the fender struts on your VTX.

All Corbin saddles (with very little exception) include Genuine Leather Seating to provide a luxurious look and feel.... don't let anybody tell you that vinyl is just as good! You wouldn't buy vinyl boots would you?
PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
