New design Dual Touring Saddle provides you and a passenger with sculpted seating and long range comfort with the luxurious option of electric seating heaters. Our generously contoured platforms provide better weight distribution to eliminate pressure points and give long range support. This is the perfect saddle setup for touring quality comfort on your Rune especially when combined with our adjustable Trimtab fairing (shown).
Corbin's Dual Tour accepts two removable rider's backrests for total support! Each backrest is fully adjustable for a tailored fit to rider posture. Use a single backrest and transfer it front to rear as needed or you can order two backrests for full time use in your saddle. Naturally, just like our saddles, the Corbin backrest is ergonomically shaped to fit the contour of your body for maximum contact area and support.
For the ultimate in luxury, we have built electric seat heaters into our Dual Touring saddle design. A single switch controls the heat for both the rider and passenger positions. The switch is conveniently located along the left side of the saddle so you can reach it without taking your hand off the throttle. The two position switch allows you to select a heat level depending on conditions. The level of heat is controlled automatically by a thermostat built into the control unit. This setup is very simple to install into your Honda wiring.
Our new Ovalbac® style backrests (shown) give a very cool look and a nice ride. As mentioned, the shaping is designed to cradle the arch of your back and give you excellent support without a pressure point on your spine. The Oval cutout means it won't trap heat against your body and makes an excellent hand hold for your passenger while riding or for you while moving your bike in the garage. A variety of finishing plate options are available for the rear of the rest to give a totally customized look.
We use genuine leather in all of our seat models to provide a luxurious ride that breathes with your body. A wide range of leather options are available for a custom look to suit your taste (here we've used Black Faux-Snakeskin in the seating with smooth black side panels.) We also include a tasteful Rune-Stitch pattern that helps hide the heater units and adds a touch of class. Your leather seat will break in to give you a personalized fit and will age gracefully with proper care. Take good care of your leather seat with a quality conditioner like Corbin's Saddle Cream. You seat will look nice for years and show character just like your leather jacket.
As you're aware, the Rune comes from Honda as a solo bike without passenger footpegs. During the R&D process of developing this saddle, we've found one company that is in the process of making a rear set of foot boards for your Rune. You can find them on the web at the following address:

To further customize the look of your backrest(s), you can choose from a variety of back plate options. Corbin Ovalbac® models come standard with a black model that resembles the texture of leather. If you prefer, you can specify Carbon-Fiber look or Paintable so you can have your painter match your custom paint job. For a little extra, you can order a plate from us pre-painted to coordinate with your stock Honda colors.
