Designed to provide maximum rider comfort combined with a classy, nostalgic look. Our sculpted seating position gives maximized body contact and provides true touring comfort with a bucket that gives plenty of lower support. Our neutralized seat platform offers an easier reach to the ground and a more ergonomic position on the bike. Classic Solo saddle is also available in a Close version that provides seating closer to the bars for smaller riders. Our Close version also features a narrower nose and slightly lower seating platform for better ground reach.
For ultra-cool solo looks, you can run the Corbin Classic Solo saddle by itself with a bare fender behind it. This allows you to show off that slick fender. If you're riding two up, Corbin offers two models of passenger pillion pad. Both are built up with our exclusive Comfort Cell foam for firm support and copilot comfort. 50's model pillion gives a very low profile for best possible looks and short trip passengers. Our standard pillion keeps a clean line on the bike and allows for much greater passenger comfort.
All components are built up with our high density Comfort Cell® foam for a firm supportive ride. Dished shaping provides good contoured support and minimizes the tendency to slide in the saddle. Comfort cell won't break down like the stock foam and stays resilient indefinately. Over time, your saddle will actually break in to take on your shape for a personalized fit.
Choose from a range of leather styles and colors for a custom touch. Leather will provide a perch that breathes with your body and will break in along with the foam shape for a personalized fit. Be sure to care for your leather saddle with a quality conditioner like our Saddle Cream. With proper care, your seat will age gracefully developing a unique character and will be your riding buddy for years. Optional chrome studs provide an added nostalgic touch (included at no charge, just specify) or for a truly distinct look add a colored welt.
Works with stock tank or the optional large 3.2 Gallon tank shown above. When installed with the traditional smaller "Peanut" tank, there will be space between the nose of the saddle and the tank. Please note: Blue colored studs shown are no longer available.

COMFORT CELL® FOAM: The heart of the Corbin saddle! Our exclusive, purpose built foam material, called Comfort Cell, was created to provide a firm, resilient ride that doesn't break down. This means it will support you for long days on the road. Over time, Comfort Cell will break in to provide a personalized fit to your posture and even greater comfort! ERGONOMIC SHAPING: A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is the Ergonomic shape. This means the saddle's foam shape is designed to emulate the curves of the human body. This provides more square inches of body contact and helps to eliminate hot spots. This shaping also neutralizes the seating platform to help curb sliding in the saddle which reduces fatigue. In a nutshell... more comfort for a longer ride! Just click the button at left for an animation that shows how it works.
PATENTED MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY: Always an innovator, Mike Corbin invented Integrated Molding technology which is now the process by which all Corbin saddles are made. This process allows extremely tight tolerances and creates a chemical bond between the foam and base material. To see what this is all about, just click the button for More Info
FIBERTECH™ BASEPAN: A purpose built, hybrid material that provides a firm foundation to support the carefully designed ergonomics of the Corbin saddle. Provides a precision fit to every arc and contour of the machine and rides on rubber bumpers to protect your paint. Click on the button at left to learn more...
GENUINE LEATHER: We use leather in all panels of the seat that contact your body. This provides a luxurious ride that breathes with your body. Leather will also break in along with the foam shape to support the personalized fit. Available in a wide range of textures and styles to suit your taste.
