Widowmaker saddle for 2008-2009 H-D Softail Rocker FXCW & FXCWC
Yeah yeah, we know... "Hey Corbin, the Rocker is supposed to be a solo bike!" Be that as it may, we recieved countless requests to make a good two up seat for this bike... Something capable of more than a parade lap down main street. So for those of you who now need serious two-up capability from your Rocker, we introduce the Corbin Widowmaker saddle.
Built around a complete passenger support structure and integrated sissy bar, Widowmaker provides generous passenger accomodations. With a seating area of 110 square inches and twelve and a half inches of vertical support, this saddle is sure to please. Naturally the rider's area also offers a wide, contoured perch with eight inches of vertical support. Need more? Add the optional Corbin backrest for a full 17 inches of back support.
Both seating platforms have been ergonomically developed to provide contoured support that fits your body. This provides a greater area of body contact and proper weight distribution. Inside, our exclusive Comfort Cell foam provides firm support that remains resilient no matter how long you ride. Nearly twice as firm as your stock seat, the Corbin Widowmaker will provide comfortable support all day.
Works with a variety of optional backrest models for added rider support (#02-SB shown). Corbin backrests install easily into hardware built inside the saddle and lock in place with a single bolt. Two way adjustable to allow the backrest to be tailored to your posture. Set the position fore-aft and adjust the angle for a perfect fit. Special internal hardware also allows the backrest to fold down making it easier to mount the bike.
Built up with steel internal support structure and Corbin's Fibertech base material for structural integrity while still providing simple installation. Corbin Widowmaker saddle mounts with a tongue in the front and two bolts into the chassis on both sides. Due to the increased load bearing required, we include special hardened steel bolts with the Corbin saddle that thread through the saddle in the frame. Installation locations are hidden by integrated skirt.
NOTE: We want to make this perfectly clear... use ONLY the Corbin supplied hardware when installing this saddle on your Rocker. Do not reuse the stock seat mounting bolts for installation.
On the outside, we include genuine leather seating for a perch that breathes with your body. Leather will also conform along with the foam shape to give you a personalized fit as you rack up the mileage. Shown above we used black faux alligator seating, our standard natural grain black leather trim (stripe), "bands", side panels and skirt. This provides a nice, custom look that doesn't overpower the bike.
At the back of the Widowmaker seat, we top it off with a two-piece leather grain ABS finishing plate. Molded with a rib design for a nice bit of detail, this plate finishes off the rear of the saddle and bottom where it rolls under the seat near the fender. Weather proof and keeps a clean look.

ERGONOMIC SHAPING: A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is the Ergonomic shape. This means the saddle's foam shape is designed to emulate the curves of the human body. IMPORTANT NOTE: As you can tell from the design, the Dual Tour setup will cantilever a lot of weight over the rear of the bike. We strongly suggest adding additional preload to the rear shocks in order to offset this.
Corbin Dual Touring saddle does not work with Harley-Davidson saddlebags installed. We are currently looking to borrow a Rocker with H-D bags installed so that we can make this work.
Installation: Corbin's Widowmaker saddle mounts easily to your bike very much like the stock solo. Slide the saddle into place nose first securing the mounting tongue and lower seat onto the chassis. Secure with included bolts and washers under the decorative side skirt.
Due to the added stress of a passenger support system, we have included a set of hardened steel bolts to replace the stock hardware used for seat installation. To assure your safety and that of your passenger, use ONLY the included hardware when installing the Corbin saddle.
As your Rocker was likely setup at the factory or dealer for solo riding, you will likely need to adjust your suspension settings to allow for added passenger weight. Please refer to your owner's manual or local dealer for more info.

Our most popular backrest model is the perfect blend of form and function. The size looks visually appropriate on most every seat yet is large enough to provide good, sculpted support. Provides plenty of sculpted back support without looking too big on the bike. Works in both the rider or passenger seating area on virtually all Corbin saddle models. This model is specially designed to be used in the large Dual Touring seats (like HD Baggers) or in Master's Type saddles as found on the Goldwings. A convenient storage solution that looks great too. Corbin's Glove Box bolts up easily to your #02-S(B) model backrest in place of the rear finishing plate to provide four liters of locking storage. All Corbin saddles (with very little exception) include Genuine Leather Seating to provide a luxurious look and feel.... don't let anybody tell you that vinyl is just as good! You wouldn't buy vinyl boots would you?
PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
