You want your Bagger to look low and phat, but you need a little more storage right? It's an all too common problem of course, but now we have an excellent solution for you and it's called
The Smuggler.
This setup includes a comfortable, sporty looking front saddle combined with a smooth tail section that serves as convenient, locking storage. The two pieces bolt to each other and the assembly then mounts to your bike with a tongue in the front and a single screw into your fender in the stock location at the rear. Once installed, the Smuggler setup provides a very clean and flowing solo look to your bike.
Up front, the comfort is pure Corbin with our exclusive Comfort Cell
® foam material and ergonomically designed seating. The rider's position is sculpted to fit the shape of the human body providing more square inches of body contact and helping to eliminate pressure points that cause hot spots. Inside, our foam material gives a firm, resilient ride that supports you indefinitely. Over time, the foam will actually break in and conform to your specific body shape for a personalized fit. Our foam material feels firm when you first ride it, but this firmness is what gives you the ability to ride great distances in comfort.
A coordinated bump pad mounts on the front of the Smuggler trunk to provide generous back support. Naturally, the pad is built up with the same quality materials as the front seat for good resilience and support. In the center of the pad you will also see the locking latch mechanism that opens the Smuggler door panel.
The trunk itself provides a generous 6.4 liters of storage. This is plenty of room for incidental items like sunglasses, water bottles, cell phones and the like. On the inside, Corbin's Smuggler trunk is fully lined to protect your cargo and help to give a cushioned ride. Fully weather stripped to keep contents dry while the locking latch assures it's all secure.
Smuggler is constructed of Fibertech material for durability and a perfect finish and comes to you prepainted to coordinate with factory paint. Trunk liner, locks and weather stripping is all included and comes preinstalled so the setup is ready to go right out of the box.
For those chilly morning rides we offer an option of heated rider seating. We incorporate a heater unit under the leather seating and a switch on the left side of the saddle so you can turn it on without removing your hand from the throttle. Just flip the switch to the low or high position and the seat will warm up and maintain temperature automatically through an integrated controller. Corbin's heater comes completely pre-installed in the saddle and you need only plug the included pigtail to your fuse box. Note: Smuggler bump pad is not heated on this model.
Our saddle features genuine leather seating for a perch that breathes with your body and breaks in with the foam shape. Choose from a variety of leather styles to customize the look of the saddle or go with standard natural grain leather for a subtle look. Leather makes an excellent cover that is extremely durable and luxurious to ride on. As your saddle ages, the leather will take on its own unique character just like your leather jacket does. Just be sure to care for your new saddle properly with a quality leather conditioner like our Saddle Cream.
For simple installation, the saddle / trunk combination installs as a single piece using a tongue in the front and a single bolt into your fender at the rear. If you choose the heated option, we also include the pigtail to wire the saddle directly into your stock fuse box. The heater unit and controller are pre-installed in the saddle.
