We've designed this fender to be just the perfect size and shape to look visually appropriate on the front end of any of the H-D touring models. If you have custom wheels and/or brakes on your ride, then you'll really want to draw attention to the front end and clean up the details with a nice fender like this one. The perfect compliment to frame a nice set of billet wheels.
This fender is absolutely beautiful in it's simplicity of design and engaging shape. We've incorporated an almost Art-Deco style line into the shaping which makes it visually elegent without being overpowering... just clean and nice. For a long life and durability, we construct our front fenders of our unique Fibertech material that comes to you in primer Gel-coat ready for your painter's preparation. For a little extra, we can provide the fender pre-painted gloss black and ready to install right out of the box.
Corbin's Deco styled front fender installs easily by reusing the stock four bolts into your fork sliders. Simply remove your stock fender and replace with the Corbin model. If you are having your fender painted to match your bike, be sure to test fit before supplying to your painter. Minor changes can be made easily with a little grinding, but you don't want to attempt this after it's been painted. Corbin fender was designed to work with stock wheel sizes.
Fibertech Construction
Manufactured of our exclusive Fibertech™ material for durability and a clean finish. Specially formulated for Corbin, Fibertech™ gives us very tight tolerances with minimal shrinkage so each part comes out true to the original design.
Finish
We use a quality gel-coat for a nice finish that doesn't show material weave. When ordering parts in "primer gel-coat" you can expect a part ready for your painter's preparation. Most Corbin components are also available prepainted and ready for immediate installation.
Saddlebag / Smuggler Interior
Corbin Beetle Bags / Smuggler comes fully lined with a nice, thick grey liner on the inside to protect your cargo. Sure seal weather stripping around the doors keeps out the elements. Locking doors keep contents secure.
Corbin's Front Fender installs easily re-using the four stock bolts. Please check fit of fender before you have it painted just to assure it will work with any aftermarket parts you may have.
The Fender is designed to fit only with a stock 16'' wheel.
Makes seat installation and removal a tool-free snap! Machined billet thumbscrew is polished and chromed for a very clean look. Available in the following sizes:

PLEASE NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close to your bike for a clean look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you.
SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials, Heaters and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back, freight pre-paid, for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
