A very cool solo option for your Screaming Eagle bagger. Corbin's Stinger seat design offers excellent rider support and a sleek fastback tail section that hugs the fender. We've designed the seating area ergonomically to provide more square inches of body contact for proper weight distribution. This helps to eliminate hot spots and give you long lasting support in the saddle. Our bucket design of the saddle sits you down into the chassis for better balance and a more natural riding position on the bike. Corbin's built up tail section looks cool and provides good back support to the rider... especially when combined with our removable rider's backrest.
Corbin's Stinger saddle is available for standard FLH and FLT models as well, but this one is designed specifically for the CVO Screaming Eagle model Electra-Glide. Harley-Davidson refers to this model as the FLHTCSE. The largest difference between our standard Stinger seat model and this one is that the nose area of the saddle has been redesigned to match up perfectly to fit to the chrome tank panel that comes on the Screaming Eagle model. The Stinger is designed to work with any of the removable backrest models available from Corbin for added back support. We prefer the model #02-G shown here for a good combination of support and slick looks. The Corbin backrest is supported by internal hardware so there are no unsightly brackets to clutter up the look of your machine. Installation is simple with a single set-screw under the saddle locking the backrest in place. The backrest angle can be adjusted to your profile quickly and easily without removing the saddle from the bike. With the #02-G backrest in place, this saddle model offers nearly 14 inches of vertical back support!
This saddle was also designed to work in conjunction with one of the Tourpaks available from Harley-Davidson if you choose. We offer two different trunk pads for this setup depending on how much back support you want for your passenger. Our slim line trunk pad mounted up to the low profile Tourpak (commonly called the Pizza Box) is contoured to fit your passenger's back and offer good support even with its thin profile. This model works on the regular and low profile Tourpak and installs easily by drilling four holes in your trunk lid.
The Touring Pad with arms shown here gives your copilot maximum support with the Harley-Davidson Tourpak. This model works especially well on the larger model Tourpak. Our Stinger saddle also works with the luggage rack / Sissy bar available from HD for the bagger models. We offer a contoured pad to work with that combination as well. The Corbin Luggage Rack Pad is ergonomically contoured for good back support without hot spots and mounts to the luggage rack like the stock pad for simple installation. Both of our Trunk Pads and our Luggage Rack Pad come coordinated to your Corbin saddle with a full range of genuine leather options.
The Stinger saddle model is designed mostly as a solo model, so don't expect passengers to be happy on the back for long regardless of the backrest options you provide.
We have a range of leather options to provide a custom look for your bike. In the model shown, we've used Black Faux Baby-Alligator seating, Black Faux-Snake sides and Black Faux-Shark tail. Be sure to take good care of your leather seat with a quality conditioner like Corbin's Saddle Cream. Your seat will look nice for years and show character just like your leather jacket.
