We know what you're thinking... "Why does it look like that... Why didn't they just make a bigger windscreen?" You know, for someone that rides a Spyder (which is about as
different as
different can be), we thought you'd have a more open mind!
First off, check out video by clicking on the "How it works" picture above. That will give you a quick rundown on how it works and what the Corbin design is all about. Yeah, it's kind of a big file so "Thank's in advance" for being patient while it downloads.
That pretty much sums up why you're in the market for a new fairing, doesn't it? The stocker is way too small and placed so far in front of you that it really doesn't do anything to help. Some may argue it actually makes things worse by channeling road debris and insects right at your chest, neck and face. Besides, it's so far out in front that any slipsteam bubble it created has already closed and left you in a tempest of turbulence and buffetting. With all due respect, the stock windscreen does exactly what it was designed to do... look cool and sporty.

We took it a step further with the Fleetliner fairing and created something that integrates with the outstanding
Transformer-esque appearance while providing better wind protection. First there's the much larger profile that creates a larger area of protection. Then, of course, we brought the fairing closer to the rider to get you into the slipstream. Lastly, Corbin applied sound aerodynamic styling to smoothly control wind deflection. All this adds up to a smoother, quieter ride that is more comfortable.
Designed to emulate the awesome lines of the Spyder itself for a visually integrated look. This fast look was perfectly suited to our aerodnamic goals, so the Fleetliner is an excellent blend of form and function. Center rib provides a nice custom touch and helps to send wind pressure to the sides creating a larger slipstream. For added effect we brought the rib design over the top and incorporated it on the rider's side in the included ABS leather look "dash panel".
Fleetliner fairing is constructed using RTM technology for a clean finish and high strength. It comes prepainted to coordinate with factory colors and includes all required brackets so it's ready for immediate installation. Available in solid color match or two tone with Gloss Black accent to match the tank area. We top it off with a six inch smoke windscreen that gives the best combination of nice visuals and general purpose wind protection. Mike Corbin himself said, "This is the best 'all around' choice. It looks great and provides good protection, but will still keep you in the wind a bit. It'd be perfect for riding home from Sturgis through the desert."
Alernately we offer a ten inch clear windscreen that gives a higher area of protection. The ten inch windscreen is available only in clear making it suitable to look through. Fleetliner will work with a variety of H-D and aftermarket windscreens as well so it can be personalized to your stature and purpose. Just ask a Harley dealer for models that would fit a 1997-2006 Harley-Davidson FLHTC model fairing. Changing windscreens is simple and can be done without removing the fairing.
Simple to install, the Corbin fairing includes a mounting bracket that bolts up in place of the stock windscreen. Fleetliner fairing then bolts to this bracket with included hardware. Corbin fairing works perfectly and provides clearance for handlebars to steer completely in both directions, even if you have installed the Can-Am bar riser kit. A touring quality solution for your new Can-Am!
